South Anna Property Maintenance was established in 2022. We cater to government, commercial, multi-family, and residential clients who are looking to upscale and/or maintain their properties. We offer our clients a wide range of services from commercial to residential landscaping, field mowing, brush hogging, brush/vegetation debris removal, stump removal, gravel driveway/road and parking lot regrading/resurfacing. Meet the Owner
PARKER COUGHLIN
Born in Henrico, VA, Parker quickly fell in love with the country life, working with machines, and the fire department. After graduating high school, Parker went on to work for a fire department located in the commonwealth. Taking advantage of his work schedule, he began conducting miscellaneous jobs on the side with his tractor and other heavy equipment. In 2022, Parker started South Anna Property Maintenance
